Areas of expertise
I have a general interest in the quantitative modelling of complex systems and networks and the interdisciplinary applications of the methods of statistical mechanics. My present focus is on the study of constrained statistical graph ensembles, as well as on the analysis of biologically relevant networks, in particular spatially embedded networks and brain networks (connectomics). Currently I am a co-maintainer of the igraph network analysis library, and I develop IGraph/M, its Mathematica interface.
